Pusha T is on a roll. After railing against the rap game on yesterday’s icy cut “H.G.T.V.,” he’s back with “Circles,” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Desiigner.
The radio-friendly track finds Pusha continuing to call himself “Blowbama” and talking smack about his competition, but he mostly just raps about butts a lot. “Yeah, throw that ass in a circle, now/ Show me how you been workin’ now,” he commands in a brooding ode to twerking. Ty Dolla, meanwhile, handles hook duty, and Pusha’s GOOD Music signee Desiigner contributes some predictably peculiar ad libs.
Both “Circles” and “H.G.T.V.” are expected to appear on Pusha’s Darkest Before Dawnfollow-up, King Push, due sometime this fall.
